The products found in www.simesacr.com, are carefully selected
from the best souvenir and furniture stores in Sarchí, the main
craftsmanship producer of Costa Rica. The products prices and
shipping costs are in United States dollars (USD).
The products are manufactured in wood, there may be differences
in jasper or colors in the pictures, we use natural wood, so every
piece has its jasper and original color which makes every product
unique; the pictures are samples of the shape and size of the
product. In general, the color you see depends on your monitor.

Shipping:
Shipping in the service of 10 and 15 working days are shipped
every wednesday, for available products and for orders posted
before 13:00 hours of each thrusday. All other services are
shipped between 24 and 48 hours, for available products. We may
provide you with a tracking number for delivering tracking from
Costa Rica to Miami and another one from Miami to the final
destination; you can track shippings in www.ups.com.
Tracking services depend on UPS database updates.
User registration:
In order to register to www.simesacr.com you must type a valid
email address and a password, this will be used to create your own
account which can be used to see your orders, personal information,
shipping and billing addresses, make changes in your orders before
shipped, this information is also useful for future shopping. You
are the only responsible of your password usage.
