- Support Beam (2)
- Rockers or balance strips (2)
- Screws (6)

Instructions:

1. Attach Chair Back (1) to arms by matching each hole in the Chair Back (2) to peg at rear of arm and firmly press
Chair Back (2) into place. Use 1 screw for each side and secure Chair Back to arms but do not fully tighten. Using
a screw for each side, secure the Chair Back (2) to the base but again, do not fully tighten. Once both sides are
secured, fully tighten all 4 screws.

2. Put Chair Base (1) opened and upside down on protected surface. Attach each Rocker (4), with the flat end to the
front by matching the front two holes in Rocker to legs of Chair Base (1) and firmly press Rockers (4) into place with Rubber Mallet.

3. Insert a Support beam (3) into a Rocker hole. Use two screws to secure Strut to Chair Back.
4. In Tall Back chair models, swing down the headrest strut into support screw.
